Reference: safety recall p41/nhtsa 14v-438. Received 3 recall notices since sep 3, 2014. Each time i call chrysler/jeep they tell me the parts are not yet available. The notice says, "if your dealer fails or is unable to remedy this defect without charge and within a reasonable time, you may submit a written complaint to the administrator." this is the purpose of this complaint.
