My problem is actually with my car seat - evenflo has not responded to 3 e-mails asking for assistance: my 6 month old son pushes the (3 point) harness on his car seat down, enabling him to lean forward and touch the seat of the car. I tried, unsuccessfully, to get help from evenflo, but to no avail. I am willing to purchase their 5 point, which i feel is safer, but they do not return my calls/e-mail. I feel that…

Only tether anchor kit available installs into the roof - not the floor behind the seat as required. Also - there is no center seat tether anchor available, in the roof or the floor.
