I was involved in a collision in which i rear ended another vehicle. I was travelling at approximately 40-45 mph. Upon impact with the other vehicle neither my seatbelt functioned nor the drivers side airbag deployed. This caused injury to my chest when it hit the stearing wheel.*ak

Our vehicle is equipped with the gen 3 seat belts. It has been brought to my attention that these safety belts are faulty and are unsafe. Please contact chrysler to have these seat belts recalled and replaced. It is a matter of life and death. *cb
