1) first, the car cranks (ignition) slowly and then stopped cranking. 2) after ignition is turned off or car stalled, car doesn't start any more. Need to wait for about 15 to 30 min. My 2004 jeep grand cherokee has a defect in the ecm that chrysler is aware of but will do nothing to fix this problem currently. The vehicle's engine has died at stop lights, it has stumbled, and/or hesitated upon accelerating from stop, and runs so poorly at an idle while setting it shakes the whole vehicle.
