Received a recall notice to replace the transmission fill tube oil seal over two weeks ago and cannot get the dealership to replace it. The letter states that it is urgent that this be replaced or there could be a fire under the hood of my car. The dealership keeps telling me that they do not have the part to replace it. Why do they not have the part to replace this defective part? I need some help. *jb
