The passenger seat heater went up in flames. The car was closed up so thankfully the fire went out on its own. There is a lot of fire damage. The whole front cabin is melted or charred.

The middle rear seat belt is locked in place to the point it is digging into my seat. I now can not use the seat belt and causes a safety concern for my children and or passengers if they are not wearing a seat belt. Also, the rear headrest removes but the poles that holds them in still stick out of the seat. The headrest must be removed to properly install my daughters booster seat. The booster seat does not sit…

I am 6'4" tall. The seat in the limited edition 5.7 l has insufficient travel in the vertical direction. My head rests against the ceiling under normal driving conditions unless i slouch a lot or put the seat back way back at which point i can no longer grip the steering wheel well. *tr

In march of 2013 the right door in the back seat handle cracked, at first you were still able to open it then one day it completely broke off and now you can no longer open it from the inside, at first i thought maybe my daughter had pulled a little to hard on it, then i started to look at the all 3 other door handles and they are all cracked and slowly starting to break like the right rear door. I called the dealer…

Upholstery fabric is highly susceptible to staining!!! It does not clean when shampooed. Stains remain & actually become worse with cleaning. Even rain drops stain the fabric. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! I can see why chrysler introduced "yes" fabric in 2007. I wish i had it. The only solution is re-upholstery. I have considered having leather installed but decided it was too costly. Had i known the…

Upholstery fabric is highly susceptible to staining!!! It does not clean when shampooed. Even rain drops stain the fabric. I have shampooed and even had the fabric scotch-guarded on 4 separate occasions, yet it still stains, even by rain drops. I have complained to the dealers service department but to no avail. I won't purchase another jeep due to this frustration. I take pride in keeping my vehicle clean and like…

I have a 2005 jeep grand cherokee with cloth seats. I don't know what the material is made of, and really don't care. Water will stain the cloth immediately and is unable to be cleaned. I have tried everything, however all cleaners have water in them. Maybe i could take it to the dry cleaners. I think chrysler should go to the cleaners!!! *tr
