Recently bought a 2006 jeep grand cherokee laredo. The driver seat bounces. The dealership won't fix it. It is the cloth bucket seat with power adjustment. The front adjusting gear of the seat has stripped and a spring now bounces the seat.

I and one passenger were involved in a traffic accident. I was driving a 2006 jeep grand cherokee. I was stopped and was hit from behind and then was pushed into the car in front of me. My passenger immediately complained of her left calf hurting her. We looked to see what could have caused this pain--it was the adjustment bar located under the seat.
