Seat Belts
I have 60k miles on my jeep, and no dealership will replace the plastic top loop part on the seat belt. Both are cracked which causes my seat belt to not retract. The dealership and the maintenance both agree they have never seen anything like it. They stated i'm not covered by warranty and won't replace it. Both front ones went out. Jeep just lost a customer.

I had to pull the vehicle over and assist my (adult) passenger to try to get the safety belt released. Once we were able to free the belt it would not retract back or latch properly.
