The michelin tires-285x60xr18 needed to be replaced at 16,000 miles. The wear bars were already showing. I took to jeep dealership in lansing, michigan and was accused of driving wrong, not rotating and balancing (i am meticulous about service-so yes, did), driving on too many dirt roads (live in the city, city driving only-so no) and offered no discount on new tires. With less than 2,000 miles, tire pressure sensors conflict with psi manual pressure gauge. The service department has inflated the tires to 36 psi which does not register as such, but lower by 2-3 psi. The pressure gauge sensors is incorrect under all drivings modes. It remains unresolved.
