    I'm continuing having to replace the lock actuator on the driver's door & also each door locks on the remaining doors. This has been costly & time consuming and needles to say without a vehicle. Some of my friends have the same concerns regarding the locks. Hopefully i can get ya'll to assist with getting a recall for these locks. Any assistance is appreciative. *tr

    Have been going out to unlock jeep and will not unlock. This is now happening every day where the door will not lock or unlock on the drivers side. I have heard that several other people with the same jeep have the same problem. Now the dome lights will not go on until i close the door and then will not go out. So i am forced to drive with them on and the door unlocked. I don't feel very safe in this anymore. *tr

    I have a 1999 jeep grand cherokee limited. I have had the vehicle since it had 29,000 miles and it now has approx. 81,000. I have replaced three of the five locking mechanisms on the vehicle and now have two more that need replacing. This is not acceptable.
