Tl* the contact owns a 2002 jeep grand cherokee laredo. While driving 40 mph the vehicle stalled without warning. The vehicle has not been diagnosed by the dealership. Prior to the failure the fan relay had to be replaced several different times. The current and failure mileages were 75000.

The cooling fan blades had disintegrated, blown thought the top and bottom of the fan shroud and into the radiator causing loss of coolant.
