When i try to start my car i turn the key and all the lights come on but the car will not start. The battery is new. The starter doesn't engage at all. Also when i try to lock or unlock the car with the key fob i have to press the key fob 10-15 times to get it to work. I brought it to my local dealer multiple times for the same issue and they said there wasn't anything wrong with it.

Also, intermittently when turning ignition switch, vehicle won't start. After 2-3 times it will then start. Had a 2005 keep cherokee that did the same unresolved issue.
