Intermittently the brake pedal will be very stiff when starting the vehicle and backing out. After a few miles it will ease up. But if a sudden stop is needed it is hard to push down again. Other times it functions normally. I noticed this on the test drive of the vehicle but the dealer said they didn't see any issues i bought this car around march of 2019. This problem has been ongoing intermittently

Brake failure due to a faulty recall fix. Attempted to apply the brakes and the pedal was hard and hurt my foot trying to stop the jeep. The brake booster recall was addressed in 2014 but the shield that was installed failed which led to the failure of the booster.

When pulling out of driveway, foot brake was applied but accelerator revved up and car lurched forward into traffic..barely avoided an accident. This is a serious safety issue. Contacted original dealer who said this was not a recall item and was dismissive. I requested that my complaint be put on file.

My jeep has stalled twice while i was making a left turn. Both times it stalled without warning and i lost all power steering + power brakes. Both times i had about 1/4 tank of gas. The first time i was able to restart my car right away. The 2nd time it took me a few tries to get it restarted. The dealership claims they can't find anything wrong with it. I've opened a case with jeep.

Dealer requires that i leave the vehicle at the dealer's repair shop for an entire day and that i pay them a rental fee for a loaner car during that period. I will not pay to have these manufacturer defects corrected. There are currently four (4) outstanding recall notices on this vehicle and they will not fix any of them without compensation.
