Consumer is having problems with automatic transmission in a jeep grand cherokee. When coming to a complete stop, and after 10-15 seconds of waiting, vehicle jerks forward. This problem happens all the time. Contacted dealer, and dealer has fixed the problem, but it has come back time after time.*ak
