The vehicle stalls .shuts off when driving it runs like a dream and out of no where it shuts off

While in motion driving on a busy two way city roadway street, the vehicle lost power, lost brakes, no steering and no electrical while in motion, that endangered my life from a head on collision. Currently no power, the windows are open, the windshield wipers are stuck.

I've had problems on and off with the power windows, door locks, interior lights and stereo system. The power windows/door locks do not work. Unless i turn the interior dimmer light switch to the off position, the lights stay on. When this is done, i cannot see the displays (i.e., speed, etc.).
