We received three recall notices p14, p36, p54 in october. The local dealer told us on november 1 that we would be called within 6 weeks when the parts had arrived. Never receiving a call, i called on december 19 and was told that we were #42 on a wait list to be called when the dealer had time to service the car, perhaps as late as april. This does not seem the "reasonable time" mentioned on the recall notice.…

We called our local dealership and each time we called, they told us they did not have the parts and they would call when they did receive them. They still have not called and the first recall notice was issued more than 6 months ago. *tr

Car was brought in for service at the dealer in early june for nhtsa campaign number: 14v154000. I was told that the part was on back order and would be notified when the part was available. I called the dealer on 11/10/14 and i was told the part was still on back order. Waiting 5 months for a replacement part is not acceptable. *tr

I'd like to register a formal complaint "for the record". Regarding chrysler group's recall #s p14, p36 and p54 for the 2011 jeep grand cherokee 4x4 ... Parts are still not available (since may 2014 for the power brake booster!) this is totally unacceptable. Individually, the harbinger of these three (3) recalls could result in; (a) power-assisted braking failure, (b) a vehicle interior electrical fire and, (c)…

2011 jeep grand cherokee. Consumer requests reimbursement for brake booster recall repairs. *smd the consumer stated he received the recall in 2014. The consumer had to pay out-of-pocket, to rectify the dangerous situation. Recall # 14v154000. *jb

The dealer list for the warranty repair of the recall is 7 pages long and in 3 months only one page has been completed. I believe this is an unreasonable delay for a somewhat basic part related to an important safety function like braking. *tr
