I have a 2011 jeep grand cherokee overland.the vehicle clunks in the rear end going over bumps at low speeds. Turns out this is due to a defect in the shocks/shock mounts. It only affects vehicles with quadra lift suspension and towing package. Purchased 2011 jeep grand cherokee overland used in summer of 2012. 3rd jeep and have stayed with jeep because felt they were a safe reliable car. The 1st time this happened was about a year ago then now at 25k miles clunking sound from rear end the dealer is replacing the shocks and shock mounts for the 2nd time.. No reason why but i am now out of warranty am i going have to pay for this when it happens again this is a safety issue!!!!! *tr
