For the last several months my jeep will not start all the time. It has shut down twice in the middle of the road while i was in 45 and 60 miles a hour traffic.i was able to turn my wheel to get into the far right lane. It is very unsafe and jeep doesn't seen to care to correct the problem.

Approximately one time per month for the past 6 years my grand cherokee stalls one second after i push the start button from park. I need to push the button again to "turn it off" even though it wasn't actually on before i can try to restart it again with my foot on the brake.

Once it starts it drives fine until the next occurrence. This also happens quite often when first trying to start the car as well.
