The front two seat belts in my vehicle do not retract back to their original position. This is at all times, only solution is to feed the belt back into the retractor by hand to let it reel in. Dealer said there is no recall for this issue.

Passenger front seatbelt will not retract. They dealership is telling me it's $500 to fix because i'm at 76,000 miles. This is a safety issue and it needs to be addressed. This is beyond dangerous.

The front passenger seatbelt will not retract, therefore it will not lock into place. We are unable to have a front passenger because of this safety issue. We have tried to get it to retract while in park or drive, also with the jeep turned off.
